Kitchen Sink Pizza

To keep up on a hobby or passion, I’m always encouraged by simple advice: just keep going...it doesn’t have to be perfect...and some days, shortcuts are key. Thanks, @sandraleeonline for teaching the art of semi-homemade, and @traderjoesfor your always-available pizza dough. (I keep two balls in the freezer and defrost in the fridge the day-of. I’ve realized the key is pulling the dough out of the fridge maybe an hour or so before rolling it out.) Ingredient inspiration is all around! Just in case you’re curious about this combo...

KITCHEN SINK PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
1 ball of TJ’s dough
Anything you have in the fridge that sounds good together...last night I used:
1/3 jar leftover pasta sauce
Prosciutto
Mexican blend shredded cheese
Blue cheese crumbles
Leftover roasted red potatoes
Marinated artichoke hearts
Fresh basil leaves
And not pictured: a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Go wild with whatever you have around that might taste good on a heavenly bed of bread. You don’t even need dough—think about using English muffins or burger buns. Bake for around 12 minutes. Enjoy! .
